This data is tabulated from survey data collected via the ICT Use and Access by Individuals and Households Survey (ICTHS), which has been conducted annually by DOSM since 2018. The survey covers households living in private living quarters, and statistics on ICT use refer to individuals aged 15 years and above. The reference period for ICT use by individuals is the 3 months prior to the interview. For full details on the methodology, please refer to the technical notes in the ICTHS report.
Data at state level was first published for 2022; data for 2017-2021 is available for Malaysia only.
